My Relationship with Venus
As a kid, I used to visit Aphrodite's birth place in Cyprus (the so called Aphrodite's Rock), and somehow, her essence remained with me, dormant somewhere in the background, my entire life.

When I've launched my coaching business, I went through burnout, which led me to a spiritual awakening... which in turn brought me back to my divine feminine energy.
Suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, Venus was back in my heart and mind, and I just couldn't stop thinking about her!
Why is Venus Important?
Venus is a symbol of the divine feminine energy: love, compassion, beauty, creativity, desire, flow, passion, sexuality, empowerment... (note: we do not "pray" to Venus in this membership; we DO find our own powerful Goddess within!).
She was THE most important Goddess in ancient Rome! Over time, however, she's been completely erased by the Catholic Church... and the Divine Feminine archetype was pretty much replaced by
the Virgin Mary (make of that what you will).

The empowered, fully expressed divine feminine qualities were suppressed and persecuted for millennia... Causing many women nowadays to subconsciously twist themselves into pretzels to fit into (often contradictory) perfectionistic societal standards and expectations. This often results in unnecessary suffering, frustration, overwhelm, depression, anxiety and burnout.
Let's Create Our Own Temple
In my quest to reconnect to the Goddess, I've been searching for Venus temples, art, anything! I decided to visit Porto Venere in Italy, where one of the ancient Venus Temples used to be... just to find a Catholic Church with the statue of St. Peter (!!!) right in the middle instead of Venus (see photo).

That's when I decided enough is enough... we need to create our own Venus Temple!

(disclaimer: I grew up Catholic, and I deeply love and respect the Virgin Mary and Jesus, and the Christian faith! However, I also recognise that a lot of messaging I've received as a woman has been disempowering and twisted from the "original intentions")
